Hi Hitendra, how is Glitterati project from Investment perspective? Also, what do you think of their recen tie-up with Gauri Khan?
ReplyDeleteGlitterati (a 24K product) is a fantastic real estate product to invest in, as it will definitely fetch very high returns and appreciation in near future. This is the only project in west Pune which has a complete package to showcase, like tie-ups with celebreity houses, the very product itself is unique as it gives the almost everything which a luxury home needs. Glitterati has a class gentry which included proffessionals, business people, and those who know "Luxury".
DeleteGlitterati and all 24K projects will always have high rentals and resale value compared to any other project because of its tie-ups with third parties.
About the recent tie-up with Gauri Khan: Another feather in cap, I would say she has picked up a correct project. This will attract more people from Mumbai to invest in Glitterati and other KP projects. It will give more milage to KP 24 K brand.
Above all, KP has now set a benchmark and should keep up to the expectations of the Luxury seeking customer.
24K Glitterati and all other projects to follow should have an impact on Pune Real Estate and should be the landmarks and most talked about ones even after 50 years.
