    Are there rates a bit lower than other builders in the area....why would that be so? How do you rate this builder?

    Yes these rates are a bit lower than the other projects in this area as Saarrthi has just launched this project and they believe in quoting correct rates. Saarrthi group is a good developer and is growing at a brisk pace and they have delivered good landmark projects in past.

    large number of the population as well as the investors are seen to prefer this location for investment purpose. Close to the Baner lies one locality i.e. Balewadi which is an upcoming location which is being equipped with the necessary social infrastructure. Several developers are seen to eye on this location in order to launch the projects.

    I visited this site and now they have increased the price by Rs 100/sq ft. I need your valuable suggestion on whether I should buy a 1 BHK flat in this project at 39.50L considering the real estate slow down in present days ?
    What are the chances that price will come down or it is good time to buy the flat?

    Please help as I am confused. Thanks

    I also transat properties and also with Saarrthi projects. They are a reputed group led by young people and the rates will definitely increase over the period of time. There may be a correction in future but when nobody can predict correctly but if you wait till the correction comes rates will also increase and you pay up the upward price only.so go ahead and book now get also get flat of your choice.     I have book flat in Saarrthi Group ShimmerNShine in November 2011

    Saarrthi At that time given the date of possession at MAY 2014 but but now it's June 2015. I till not got the possession of my flat.

    Many amenity promise in broucher and agreement are not provided.

    Last month I have issued a Legal Notice to give possession and provide all amenity given in Broacher and agreement.

    But no response from them. It's arrogant behaviour.

    As I have invested lots of Money and feeling helpless I am considering of going to consumer forum against Saarrthi Group

    Below Picture will show how is change is word.
    Some of the amenity mention below are not provided.
    1)Pipe Gas Line
    2)Club House
    3)Gas Leak Detector
    4)Driver's Lounge
    5)Contemporary Pavilion on reflecting pool
    6)Graffiti walls for toddlers
    and Many More

    Behaviour of Saarrthi Group Pune Builder is unprofessional and unfair.
    So Be careful while investing.
